About Me.

At my core, I’m a prolific creative thinker. Ideas come easily, but what excites me more is shaping those ideas into something clear, intentional, and beautifully executed. I love the process of pushing a concept, refining it, sweating the details, an dmaking sure the final work looks and feels effortless. I also really enjoy when people say "Damn, I wish I thought of that!"

My education at the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design gave me a strong foundation in visual communication and design thinking. Ten years in traditional advertising gave me grit, but my experience and tenure at Kohler Co. is where everything really sharpened. I’ve spent my career working hands-on across branding, social, digital campaigns, and content production—leading visual direction while staying deeply involved in the craft. I design, I concept, I collaborate, and I see work through from the nugget of an idea that keeps me up at night to final delivery.

I’m someone who spots what’s missing and steps in. I take pride in being a self-starter, a thoughtful collaborator, and a steady creative partner to strategists, writers, photographers, and clients alike. I believe the best work comes from clarity, trust, and mutual respect—and that kindness and high standards can (and should) coexist.

"I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Jen at Kohler for 15 years, and she is a total force of nature when it comes to creativity. She is hands-down one of the most creative minds I’ve ever encountered. Beyond her talent, she has a natural leadership quality that just draws people in. After more than a decade together, I can easily say she’s one of the most brilliant and inspiring people I’ve ever worked with in more than 20 years of advertising."

-Steven Hanson, Creative Director
"Jennifer is a talented and thoughtful creative who is genuinely collaborative and a joy to work with. During our time together at Kohler, we tackled projects of all shapes and sizes, and Jennifer handled them all with ease while delivering unique creative concepts, stunning visuals, and measurable results. Whether leading a campaign or mentoring other designers, Jennifer's approach is both effective and inspiring."

-George Friedman, Director of  Creative Content
"I arrived at Kohler with more than two decades of working in small to mid-size agencies
as an account exec, copywriter, and project manager. Jennifer Anadell was one of the first creatives that I worked with at Kohler and I enjoyed the collaborative relationship for the past 13 years. She has an excellent creative and strategic mind. She is kind, helpful, and is exceptionally good at presenting her work. And it's great work. In addition, she makes a project manager's life easy, as she is great at managing her time, following up, and making sure that no ball drops. That's invaluable."

-Mary Mullen,  Project Management Leader
"I had the pleasure of leading Jen at Kohler, where she proved to be a passionate and versatile Art Director. She delivered full-funnel campaigns across every channel where Kohler Co. brands show up, always meeting the high creative standard the brand is known for. From the set to the edit suite to the brainstorming room, Jen brings clarity, taste, and positive energy to every project. She’s a steady, collaborative leader who elevates both the work and the team around her."

-Camm Rowland,  Executive Creative Director
"I really enjoyed working with Jen. She is generous in sharing her knowledge and helped
me grow as an art director through meaningful collaboration and conversation. Jen brings
a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to her work and has a great sense for storytelling. She's also a kind and steady presence. She listens, contributes, and makes work stronger. I
have a lot of respect for her craft, professionalism and mentorship."
